Terms And Conditions
These Terms govern your use of this ByeByeHouse seller-options website. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Seller Review Is Not A Guaranteed Offer
Submitting information does not guarantee a cash offer, renovation eligibility, listing agreement, loan, valuation, sale price, closing date, or any other specific result. Any offer, agreement, listing, renovation scope, or transaction must be reviewed and documented in separate written terms signed by the appropriate parties.
Three Selling Paths
ByeByeHouse may help homeowners compare a direct cash offer, Mend & Market, and a traditional listing through Innovate Realty. Cash offer terms depend on property review, title, occupancy, condition, market demand, and final underwriting.
Mend & Market is subject to eligibility, scope approval, market conditions, and written agreement. References to renovation costs paid at closing do not create a loan offer, credit approval, guaranteed renovation approval, or guaranteed increase in net proceeds.
Traditional listing services are provided through Innovate Realty, DRE# 02215206. No brokerage relationship is created unless and until a written brokerage agreement is signed.
No Professional Advice
Website content is informational only and is not legal, tax, financial, lending, appraisal, construction, or investment advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making decisions about selling, financing, renovating, title, taxes, occupancy, or legal rights.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Do not submit information for a property unless you have authority or a legitimate reason to inquire.
- Do not interfere with site security, tracking, forms, or lead routing.
Communications And SMS Terms
By submitting a form, you agree that ByeByeHouse and affiliated real estate partners may contact you by call, email, or text about seller options and real estate services. Consent is not required as a condition of receiving services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.
The existing ByeByeHouse public SMS terms reference the Bye Bye House Alerts program, STOP and HELP instructions, variable message frequency, and message and data rates. This funnel uses those same principles while routing seller inquiries through the current BBH and affiliated partner workflow.
Privacy And Tracking
Your use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The site may use analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, click IDs, CRM tools, and automation platforms to measure and route seller inquiries.
Third-Party Services And Links
The website may rely on third-party tools and may link to external websites or services. ByeByeHouse is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, or errors.
Disclaimers And Liability Limits
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByeByeHouse disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByeByeHouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or reliance on website content.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises from website use, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve it informally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes related to this website will be handled on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Any transaction-specific agreement may contain its own dispute provisions and will control for that transaction.
